Return Policy + Terms

Our Number one mission is to have happy customer, we understand life happens and sometimes things don't fit...Please read below for our policy


*International orders are FINAL sale. (we are not responsible for lost packages)

*Items Discounted more then 15% are final sale or discounted more then $5 (if cash value discounted )(holiday season))(example now $20 was $25).(fringed deals) (holiday items)are final sale.

*Items other than clothing -- , seasonal, basics tanks, bralettes,shoes, jewelry, Accessories, custom orders etc. -- are FINAL sale

* Once an item is "purchased" no refund will be issued, only store credit, even if the item{item's) have not shipped.

* Custom orders or preorders that are custom sizing are final sale, these can take up to 2-4 weeks for us to receive please take note of that when ordering.

* Buyer is responsible to make sure sizing is correct before ordering.

*Clothing can be return within 5 days of receiving (Example:if received the 18th needs to be in the mail 23rd)

* Item will only be accepted with tags on, non washed nor worn, if received & has been washed or worn it will not be accepted & returned at buyers cost.

*Returned item are store credit less $6 initial shipping/restock fee (each item)($8 big items or priority packages) Once Received please allow 3-5 business days for Store Credit to be sent out via email.

*Show & Sale items (fringed deals) are final sale.

*We have the right here to refuse service.

*Sales& sale codes

- All purchases a return code was used on from a previous return, are final sale..

-All codes on time frames are mountain time.

-Codes must be used at check out.

- No refunds if codes are not used.

((we do not accept checks, in special case if we do if returned there will be a $30 fee))


*Defective Items: must be claimed defective within 2 days of receiving (marked delivered)-- or is considered wear & tear.

((example received 9th needs claimed by 11th ))

*Please read washing instructions upon receiving, Southern Gossip Boutique is not responsible if an item is washed and shrinks, that has instructions to was by hand.

*Clothing color may have a slight different color then pictured due to lighting

*Southern Gossip Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once package is marked "delivered" if lost package needs to be claimed at post office. Check with your neighbor if you have not received. If damaged after delivered, buyer is responsible. For other issues contact local post office contact local post office. We do not insure packages shipped at first class.(If insurance is needed(first class), or if extra insurance is needed over $50 please contact Southern Gossip Boutique)

* No exchanges -- please note inventory flows fast, and items may not be in stock for exchange if you want a different size please purchase as it will not be held.

* Items can be held for 3 days with a $5 nonrefundable fee.

* We are paperless no Invoice/ packing slip will be sent... your receipt is you conformation email.



*Items ship within 4-5 business days of receiving order.

*Check and double check your address. If package is sent back it'll be at buyer cost to ship again.
